When will I receive my order?

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, usually taking:

4-5 business days for deliveries in Lithuania;

7-10 business days for European Union countries;

10-15 business days for UK, Turkey, Serbia, US;

15-20 days for Australia.

How will I receive the package?

Parcels are sent via the Lithuanian post office and  delivered to the specified address all over the world.

What is the shipping cost?

The shipping cost for international shipments depends on the weight of the package and the destination country. You can see the exact shipping cost on the checkout page.

How can I return a product?

Write an email to shop@basketnews.lt about the return you want to make and send the items to the address:

How can I exchange the product?

Write an email to shop@basketnews.lt about the exchange you want to make, and we will help you arrange the exchange of goods. The exchanged items must be in their original condition.

Can I have my parcel redirected to a different address?

For your security, we aren't able to change the address your order is being sent to. Usually if the package is not picked up at the specified time, it is returned to the sender. If the package is returned to us, we can resend it. Reshipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I track the delivery of my order?

Yes, you can track the delivery by entering the package tracking number in this link. You will receive the tracking number by email that you specify when placing an order.
