Refund policy

  1. You can exchange or return the purchased product within 14 calendar days.
  2. The product to be exchanged or returned must be presented in an undamaged, unused, undamaged product appearance (label intact, protective film not torn, etc.) and in the same package in which the buyer purchased it.
  3. When exchanging or returning a product, you must present a printed receipt or VAT invoice and the exchange/return form. If you have any questions, please contact us by e-mail. by mail shop@basketnews.com.
  4. Goods to be exchanged or returned must be sent by registered mail or delivered to the address BasketNews.com, S. Daukanto str. 23, Kaunas.
  5. BasketNews.com has the right not to accept exchanged or returned goods if they are presented used, without tags or damaged, after the exchange/return period has expired.
  6. Shipping/delivery costs for exchanged or returned goods are paid by the buyer. Only the amount paid for the product is refunded. Shipping costs are not paid by the company.
  7. If the Buyer paid for the product with a gift voucher, then the voucher and other additional amount paid (if it was paid) will be returned. The gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
  8. When returning a product purchased with a discount, the amount paid with the valid discount is returned.

Goods of inappropriate quality are exchanged or returned based on the "Rules for the Return and Exchange of Goods, approved in June 29, 2001 by order of the Minister of Economy no. 217."
